Materials

• All komfies are made with super-soft 280 GSM plush fabric
• Each comes equipped with an all-natural heatable clay insert
• Simple heat in the microwave for instant and long-lasting warmth
• The bottom sole is made of 100% polyester with anti-slip silicone dots

Care

• The more you take care of your komfies, the more your komfies will take care of you!
• Remove inserts from Komfies before washing
• Place in the washing machine on a gentle cycle
• Use cold water at a maximum of 30 degrees celsius
• Be sure to use a gentle detergent
• Your Komfies prefers to be air-dried, but can also drip dry on a line

Returns

• We offer full refunds on selected products returned 30 days from the date of delivery
• We cannot offer returns or refunds on products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” and they do not fall under our extended returns policy
• For hygiene purposes, footwear (Komfies, Kloud Slides and Fluffy Socks) are subject to a 7-day return policy
