Care

• Treat your Hoodie Blanket with love and it will love you back!
• Place in the washing machine on a gentle cycle
• Use cold water at a maximum of 30 degrees celsius
• Be sure to use a gentle detergent
• Your blanket prefers to be air-dried, but it can be tumble-dried on low if need be

• Free standard delivery on all orders over £40 (receive within 5 working days)
• Rush Delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm* (receive the next working day) *orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend are processed on following working days

Returns

• To start your return please email support@kudd.ly
• We offer full refunds on selected products returned 30 days from the date of delivery
• We cannot offer returns or refunds on products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” and they do not fall under our extended returns policy
• For hygiene purposes, footwear (Komfies, Kloud Slides and Fluffy Socks) are subject to a 7-day return policy
• A fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost
