Care
- It’s easy to care for your Silk Pillowcase
- Turn your pillowcase inside out or place it in a mesh laundry bag
- Place in the washing machine on a gentle, cold cycle using a pH neutral detergent
- Air dry flat. Do not wring out--gently squeeze out excess water by rolling your pillowcase in a towel, then laying it flat
- DO NOT use bleach, harsh detergents, stain remover, fabric sheets or softener
- Once dry, reinsert your pillow and enjoy your beauty sleep!

- Rush Delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm* (receive the next working day) *orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend are processed on following working days

Returns

- We offer full refunds on selected products returned 30 days from the date of delivery
- We cannot offer returns or refunds on products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” and they do not fall under our extended returns policy
- For hygiene purposes, footwear (Komfies, Kloud Slides and Fluffy Socks) are subject to a 7-day return policy
- A fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost
